An hourly photography rate should account for more than the time spent shooting. Professional pricing commonly includes pre-event planning, travel, equipment, image selection, editing, file delivery, insurance, and experience. For corporate events, a one-hour appearance may also require a minimum booking period because the photographer must reserve the date, prepare for the assignment, and deliver finished images afterward. A written quote should clearly define included coverage and deliverables.
